Despite what the points tracking chart above says, I am 2.5 points over today!! Oops! But it was completely unintentional and I'm really sad I did that! I forgot to log a 3 point light icecream bar I had and an apple (1 point). Shoot! When I was uploading the screenshot, I realized what I had done. It was was too late.
And seriously. Leftover casserole at every meal?
But I had enough points to do that (well, I thought so, anyway) and the pieces are really small. I have a hard time letting food go to waste. Crap. I'm still mad at myself for going over my points. I've had such great self-control lately. Had I known that I was out of points, I most certainly would not have eaten that piece of spinach and asiago chicken sausage at the end of the night. I didn't even really want it, but I was just trying to use up points to get exactly 38.

The recipe for this "Mom's Chicken Casserole" that I speak of can be found HERE. I know I'm weird, but I think the leftovers are yummy when eaten cold for breakfast. Mmmm.

I forgot that I had a slice of pepperjack cheese on my burger, which adds 3 points to my total. Perfect, since I was 3 points under!
The burger was so yummy. It was 100% all natural, grassfed beef, raised without hormones or antibiotics. I'm excited because our friends, who made the burgers, are going to start selling grassfed ground beef by the pound. If we had a deep freeze, I'd love to consider buying a quarter of a cow....but for now, I guess it's good enough that we know where to get natural and fresh ground beef!
