I forgot that I had a slice of pepperjack cheese on my burger, which adds 3 points to my total. Perfect, since I was 3 points under!
The burger was so yummy. It was 100% all natural, grassfed beef, raised without hormones or antibiotics. I'm excited because our friends, who made the burgers, are going to start selling grassfed ground beef by the pound. If we had a deep freeze, I'd love to consider buying a quarter of a cow....but for now, I guess it's good enough that we know where to get natural and fresh ground beef!
